Gordon L Wothe, 84, of Salmon, passed away on Thursday, 20th of October, 2016, at Steele Memorial Hospital.
Gordon was an avid elk hunter and fisherman.
A man who served his country for four years in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Salmon United Methodist Church, National Search and Rescue, Salmon Search and Rescue and many other units of Search and Rescue.
He was also a member of the Mason Lodge #11 and Salmon Eagles Lodge #2613.

He is survived by his wife Marie of Salmon; children Debra (Mitch) Walters, Gary (Jill) Wothe, and Kerri Lee Bullock; grandchildren Patrick (Kathleen) Wothe and Josh (Brittney) Walters; and five great-grandchildren; sister LaVern Olson of Frazee, Minnesota.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, November 5, 2016 in the United Methodist Church, 715 Lombard Street, Salmon, Idaho with Military Rites.  

Donations can be made to the Salmon United Methodist Church or to the Search and Rescue unit of your choice.
